We use UPS ground to deliver our orders, which ships between 3-5 business days for blanks depending on location. If we have to custom embroider your logo or name, orders ship between 7-10 business days. Note that Canada orders take a lot longer to ship because of the customs department at the border of the U.S. We apologize in advance for this delay.

Delivery Confirmation/Tracking

Each order is given a delivery confirmation, and can be checked in your account after your purchase. All orders are tracked by the UPS. You will know when your order has been processed, shipped, and delivered.

Please be aware that you are responsible for providing an address that the UPS can deliver to. If the Item is returned as "undeliverable" you are responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package to a different "deliverable" address.

Some items may be back-ordered and can take a little longer to ship. If this is the case for an order, we will contact you about the delay. You will be given an option to refund your order, replace the product, or just wait for the order to ship.

International Shipping Shipping & handling for ALL international orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping cost may vary by destination. All costs are based on weight of package ordered.
